The Ulster County Development Corporation and the Chamber of Commerce of Ulster County announced the recipients of their 2nd Annual Business Recognition Awards. The Small Business of the Year Award went to Skate Time 209. The awards will be presented on October 19, 2006 at Wiltwyck Golf Club in Kingston.
