On August 31, with lots of witnesses and media coverage, the Gnome on the Grange went through the qualification for a Guiness World Record for world's largest garden gnome. The Gnome was built as a "roadside lure" for the Mini-Golf attraction at Kelder's Farm on Route 209. The mini-golf course is designed around a farm theme, with vintage equipment as golf hazards and the landscaping done with decorative fruits, vegetables, herbs and grains. It's a great place for people of all ages.
