Vantage Hospitality, the owner of the Lexington Hudson Valley Resort in Kerhonkson, contracted with PGA pro Vijay Singh to design an 18-hole, par-72 golf course. A Vijay Singh Golf Academy will open at the resort in 2009. An element of the resort's expansion plan is the construction of more than 100 condominium townhouses as shown in the above rendering.
